So is this 24 inches in diameter or 20? The previous two answers to this question conflict

Hello Tony, Yes this o-ring does measure 24" in diameter. It is also listed 24" L x 24" W x 0.43" D in the product details. Sorry for the confusion.

Bought this O-ring and my Jacuzzi EW-125 is still leaking from the seal. Is it different than the OEM? seemed a little thinner than the one I replaced.

Hi, Kevin. This is the same as the OEM. You may need to check to see if the O-ring is lubricated, and is seated correctly.

I am having a problem my o-ring leaking. I clean the ring all the surfaces and relube the o-ring and it works fine no leaks for a couple of days and it starts leaking. The o-ring looks to be in good condition although it is a few years old. Is there a better grease to use than the standard pool grease? What would you recommend?

Hi John, I would suggest replacing the o-ring if you have not done so already as sometimes there can be defects in the o-ring that you cannot catch by eye. We have always had good luck with this Magic Lube Pool O-Ring Lubricant

Hi I have a Jacuzzi Tri-CLOPS 300 pool filter. My tank is leaking at the point where the lid is connected to the main body. I have not replaced the O ring in a few years and I am using Lucas white lithium grease as a lubricant. Do you have the replacement O ring for this pool cleaner? Dave
