The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Hi Patricia, This power supply is an updated unit which looks different but is compatible with the Dolphin Commander cleaner.

I have a dolphin pool cleaner MCC6. I have a Dolphin pro power supply PN 9995658. The power supply is only working for 5-8 minutes at a time and then needs to be turned off and on before it works again. My power supply looks somewhat different from the one you show (although the part numbers are the same) Mine also is 30VDC output. Will this work OK with my unit?

when I hit power button to start my dolphin runs maybe 10 sec then starts blinking and cleaner stops. power unit blinks on and off. I can unplug the units cord and the power unit will stay on when I hit power button again

I have a power supply diagnostic dc p. no. 9995670 input 110-250vac 50/60Hz 2A output dc29v180w p/d 2319 s/n tb2319a14020r002. When I plug in the dolphin and turn on the supply, it immediately shuts off. it looks like the wire is damaged. I would either want to replace the wire or to purchase a new dolphin. how do I know what model dolphin is compatible for my power supply?

If you are buying a new Dolphin Cleaner they will all come with a new power supply.This particular power supply was used in Advantage and Wave 50. I do not think either of those cleaners is available anymore.
