what are the dimensions of this part. My labels are worn and I'm not sure of the model number. My tank is approximately 21" in diameter and 14 1/2 inches tall.

Conforming this part will replace the top body of a Hayward Cartridge 425 circa 2008-10 where the inside diameter is approximately 19 inches and the outside (where the gasket seat is) is approximately 21.25 inches. The height of the old body is approximately 16 inches tall (this does not include height of the pressure relief valve).

Very much appreciate the quick reply..another question... If the outside diameter of my top is 21.25 inches how is it possible for the 22.5" diameter top to fit on the existing body. This part has a diameter that is 1.25" greater than the existing Unit And the clamp will not work. Appreciate the clarification.

does this filter top replace C2020L ser # 18775? Swim Clear cartridge filter

Hi, Steven. It does not, it will only fit the C4020, C4025, and C4030 models. For the C2020, C2025, and C2030 models, you will need P/N DEX2420BTC.

The filter top part that you are recommending appears to be too short. Attached is a picture of my filter.
