Mark, The exchangers vary depending on the model you have. Part # HAXHXA1353 is for the Hayward H-Series ED1 and ED2 models.

Hi, Geg. You will need the LP to NS Conversion Kit - FDXLCNK0002 which includes the orifice and gas valve.
