My filter tank is leaking. I have the lock knob turned all the way closed. I have taken off the lid, cleaned the tank seal and it looks in good condition. I put petroleum jelly on it to help seal, but still leaking. Do I need a new tank seal?

Hi Jackie, Check to make sure that the o-ring is lubricated and seated properly and the clamp is tighten. If it is still leaking then the lid or tank body may be the issue.

Hi Scott, This Tank O-ring will not fit none of the Hayward Filters. We will need to know which model Hayward filter you have in order to locate the correct Tank o-ring.
