The power will not go on. The power supply light just continues to blink. This occurs with the line to the robot off. can you help?

Hi, This pool cleaner plugs into a 115V outlet and operates completely independent from your pool pump. The power supply has a transformer so only 24 Volts is going to the cleaner, making the cleaner very safe.

My inground pool has a ledge around the deep end. Will this cleaner be able to clean that ledge and navigate it to get to the walls as well?

Hi, Don. The size of the ledge would determine how the cleaner would maneuver so it's very hard to say.

I've always wanted a robotic vacuum but I've never purchased because my pool has practically vertical floors around it's deep end. I was talking to someone about these robots and they said they can clean vertical walls too?! If this is true, maybe this is the answer for us? Can someone share this to be true or not? I picture the robot to fall over and quit working instantly.

Hi. Some robotic cleaners can maneuver up a pool wall that has a true 90-degree angle. A robotic cleaner may indeed be the answer to you problem.

how long after it quits running can it stay or does it need to stay, one I have now says it needs to stay at least 20 minutes before removing from pool.

Hi. There is not a time frame of when you should remove the cleaner from the pool. You can remove it as soon as it's done or a few mintutes after it's up to you.

i have an apex revive 2.0 pool cleaner that will not start unless we push the impeller to get it started. i have cleaned it well, made sure nothing is impeding it, it spins well when it starts, but it will rarely spin by itself and often stops in the pool. it is super frustrating and we can't seem to resolve it. any suggestions?

It sounds like something may be preventing the impeller from spinning. I would recommend inspecting the impeller shaft to see if there is any debris stuck around the shaft.

I have an Apex Revive 2.0 and the Aquacontrol box (P/N LB-04 Model SUPER BRAVO INT-AQ11071W100 S/N 25199431) fell onto cement and now is not getting signal to the cleaner. Can it be repaired or must it be replaced? The light blinks, but no settings register and nothing happens with the cleaner.

Hi, Edie. I'm not sure if the unit can be repaired, you can replace the Power Supply with P/N AS2723100-SP.
