I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

I need a replacement brush for my Dolphin Advantage Serial # 100171VSA4. Mine on the Dolphin I have is hot pink. The one you offer is gray. Are they the same thing? Will this gray one fit my Dolphin?

Hi Gina, Yes the only difference in these brushes is the color. We do carry the Magenta Dolphin Advantage Brush here.

I have a Dolphin Nautilus PLUS and it is 3 years old. The climbing rings are generating white/milky color into the water when it's working in the pool. Can I use this one and all functions will still be good (and no problem to climb)?

Hi, ST. You can if you have a gunite surface pool. If you have a fiberglass, vinyl, or tiled surface pool you will need to use the climbing rings.

will this fit my dolphin pro? I have a vinyl liner pool and it easily climbs the walls with no rings. why do you say that you need the rings with a vinyl pool.

This will fit the Dolphin Pro. The foam rings are used on the combination brush to help the cleaner climb the walls of fiberglass or some small tile pools when additional traction is needed. This is a manufacturers recommendation.
