I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Front and back rollers keep coming off. Installed them back on and pool cleaner DX3 runs for awhile just fine and then the rollers come off again. Could it be that the gray timing tracks need to be replaced????

Hi, It's possible that the tracks are worn, I would inspect the inside tracks to see if its worn.

Hi, Its been 2 years since I used DX3. Need to change this track ? seems working fine. I used DX3 once a day for last 2 years.
Also is it easy to change ? I need to disassemble the units very far to replace those belts ? Tks

Hi Mike, If the tracks are worn, disintegrating or you feeling like time to replace it you can. It's not hard to replace, instructions can be found in our How To Replace Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus Tracks guide.

My dx3 has two different length timing tracks. on is an idler and one the drive. I have had it apart. You do not appear to have both. Do you?

There is one kind of timing track on that cleaner. If one is longer than the other than one has been stretched because they should be the same, part number 3295-133.

My dx4 seems to steer to the left when going forward and alsi in reverse. It seems like one side is tracking slower than the other. Could this mean it needs new timing tracks?

They are coming to us as a package of 2 that are the same size but the parts diagram shows 2 different sizes.

I need the newer style Track Belt for my Dolphin Diagnostic, (With ribs that go all the way across instead of the Nubs)
