IS THIS BAG COTTON AND A HEAVY BAG OR IS IT A LIGHTER MATERIAL LIKE A NYLON. IS THE NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE 99954308 AND NO OTHER LETTERS OR NUMBERS

These bags are re-usable. They can even be cleaned in the washing machine.

Hi James, the Replacement Filter Bag for Dolphin Pool Cleaner 70 MICRON - PL4308 will fit onto your Maytronics Dolphin C6 Plus as well as the Dolphin DX5, Evolution X5, Wave 50, and C5 cleaners.

    I'm just wondering why the filter is kind of restricted when we insert the whole filter holder back into the vacuum.

      In one image, I do not see the Filter Bag Clips PART # 3295-050 were installed. Please make sure they are installed when replacing the bag.
