I have 2G lights in my pool and want to put a 3G light in my spa. Will the 2G and 3G versions synchronize with one another?

According to the manufacturer, the 2G and 3G versions will not synchronize with one another.  To have the lights on the same color rotation, you would need to have the same version in both your pool and spa.

What is the difference between the G3 and the G2 LED Light?

The G3 uses newer technology which gives you brighter light output than the G2, also the older technology on the G2 let's you see individual rays of light where the new technology on the G3 has a much smoother light output. You may view or purchase either light here  >http://www.inyopools.com/lights_jjelectronics.aspx

For a color-changing LED light, how do I switch between the different settings with just a standard light switch?

The LED lights are designed to move to the next programmed setting each time you turn the switch on and off.  This will toggle through the different color settings and shows.

I'm looking for a white, non-color changing jacuzzi/spa LED lamp to replace existing R40 lamps.

There is no LED currently that fits this model. You can go with a new Hayward Universal color logic

How do you change colors when installed? Will it stay solid white?

Hello Alan, These lights are controlled by turning them on and off. That is how you will cycle through the light shows and colors. Once you reach your desired color, in this case Arctic White, you turn the switch off for 8 seconds. This can be clarified in the installation and operation manual on page 5.

Hi. This bulb is not compatible with a Pentair T4 E11 light fixture, there is not a compatible LED bulb for that style fixture.

Have a Pentair 77168100 fixture 120v 250 watt fixture. Any led retro kits? If not factory bulb, gasket and blue cover info please. Thanks.

Hi Joe, unfortunately, there is not an LED bulb that can be used with your Pentair Aqualight model 77168100 light however you can replace the entire fixture with the Pentair Spabrite model 78106100 and use the J & J Colorsplash LED bulb part number LPL-S2-RGB-120. You can also use the Pentair Intellibrite LED complete light model 640121.
