We now carry this part, so you can purchase the CompuPool CPSC Display PCB directly through INYO.

I have the cpsc16 compupool system. getting the 69 degree temp. display and the greater than 2500ppm on my controller. also polarity 2 is on all the time and show there is now water flow. sounds like the display is bad. wanted to check with you and see if this is correct. if so would like to order proper display. thank you michael

Hi Michael - According to the CPSC Troubleshooting Guide, "If the Temp. is always 69 degrees and the Salt Reading is always less than 2500", the Display PCB and possibly the CPSC16 Electrode need to be replaced. Note: this says less 2500 whereas you were saying greater than 2500 so we may have a disconnect here unless you meant less than 2500. Before you replace the PCB, try tightening up the terminal connections on the plug to the Cell by crimping them slightly. This sometimes fixes a host of problems.

Good afternoon Laurent,Yes that would be the replacement for the control board. Here's the link to the parts diagram if you would like to take a look before you buy to confirm that's the correct replacement part.

I need a replacement LCD board for a compupool CPSC24. Do you have that available?

Hi Kerri, If you need the LCD board then you will need to purchase the Display PCB on this page. The LCD screen is only sold as part of the Display PCB.

I have a CPSC36 says salt is <2500 and temp is 69 degrees, so sounds like I need a new circuit board and LCD screen. You mentioned in another question these need to be programmed for the type of system I have. How long does it take to have this programmed and ready for shipment?

Hi Mark, These boards are now included with DIY programming instructions. We do have then in-sock and ready to ship.

I have a cpsc24 and have had it for 4 or 5 years, i just changed the cell but i am still getting alot of algae in pool. My salt is set at 100% and still no change. My screen is showing measurements in Celsius but i dont think it is working correctly what should i do to troubleshoot to see what part I need?

Hi Steve, It sounds like the cell is not generating any chlorine. You can review our How To: Isolate and Correct Compupool CPSC Problems to troubleshoot your system.

Salt content in pool has been checked with test strips and electron devise readings are between 3110 ppm to 3750 ppm. compel unit reading <2500 ppm, when powered up low salt comes on for a few seconds then the water fault light comes on reading says no flow. I installed new cell and power cable about 4 weeks ago and everything was working fine, so connections are good I checked that. I guess i'm leaning towards buying the circuit board.

Since you have already replaced the salt cell the last thing would be to replace the main circuit board. I think this is your best option.
