does DGYSAMD183658S cover the center steps of a 18 x 36 pool. the photo show just the pool shape without the steps. ( the mesh product show the center step )

I have a safety cover now and already have anchors in the concrete. Will they match up with the new one?

Do have to remove your ladder on the deep end and the hand rail at the center steps

Glenn, yes, per the manufacturer the 18' x 36' Rectangular w/ 4' x 8' CES Grey Solid Safety Cover 18 Year (2 Years Full) - DGYSAMD183658S must be installed flat on the surface of the pool. Therefore you will need to remove the ladder and rail to secure this properly.
