I have an above ground 24' pool. I was given pool stairs by a friend but they no longer have the arm brackets. The poles are
1 3/8 and I wanted to make sure these will fit with my stairs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, Debbie. This Deck Bracket has an 2" opening for the handrail post. If your post diameter is 1-3/8" this Deck Bracket will be too big.

Hi, The deck bracket is screwed to the top of the deck and you do not need to go underneath the deck. Please see this Royal Entrance Install Manual which will give more detailed instructions.
