Hi, I’m looking to upgrade HP from 1 to 2. Is this pump suitable or is that too much of a leap from my existing 1 to 2HP?

Hi, Steph. Yes, it could be too much if your filter and plumbing are not adequate.

I have an old Marathon 1HP single speed (230 V -3450 RPM) pump I want replace. It is used in a pool spa combination and is regulated by a wireless programmable system. Which pump would you advise to use ?

Hi, Paul. This PL1605 can be used as a replacement if you have a large enough filter that can handle the higher water flow.
