Is this safe for an above ground pool with a vinyl liner or will it wear out my vinyl?

The Robotic Inground Cleaners should not be used for Above Ground Swimming Pools. The vibration that is caused by the cleaners climbing the walls causes too much strain on the swimming pool walls and can damage the pool. I would suggest the Pool Rover Jr.

This cleaner does not climb up the pool walls, but does the same job as the other AquaBot cleaners on the pool floor. These cleaners are made for vinyl pools.
