Hi Mike, Base off of the info provided you will need the Ultimax Impeller,2.0HP(Green,Brown,Red)-(1212230), but the only way to be certain is provide the p/n or colors directly off of the impeller.

Is this the correct impeller? If not,which impeller and seal are the correct replacements?

Hello Charles. The Sta-Rite Vico Ultimax Spa Pump model 1016174 is specified as a 4.0 CHP Spa Pump. The correct impeller would be part #1212008. Ultimax Impeller, 4.0 HP This can be verified by examining the colored strips located on the impeller shaft. The 4.0 HP impeller is sequenced Green, Orange, Red, Brown. (see part picture) Verification can be obtained by examining the HP rating of the current motor. The volute o-ring and motor shaft seal should be replaced concurrent with the new motor.
