How long is the hose for a new zodiac t5 cleaner and does it come assembled

Hello Linda- The Baracuda T5 Duo Complete w/Hose includes 39' of hose, and the cleaner itself will be assembled but the hose will require assembly.

T5 keeps getting hung up on pool ladder, above ground pool.

Hello, I would recommend laying your hose out in the sun to set the hose straight, if they are straight hose it would work better around pool, if this is not the case and still getting tripped up, I would recommend putting a half section of a pool noodle around your ladder rail so it doesn't get caught up.

The Baracuda pool cleaner works great. My only issue is that I have a rock water feature and flag stone coping. The issue is that the plastic parts rub against the rock and it wears them down. So it eats up the plastic hose, plastic connector, and major component. I have had it working for about a month and a half and the pool looks great. I'm just looking at replacing about 100 worth of parts. So I'm going to be looking for alternatives.
