Jandy Large NeverLube Valves - Largest on the Market

The new 2-port and 3-port diverter valves are both 2.5" by 3"; making them the largest valves of their kind on the market. These NeverLube® valves are constructed of the highest quality materials and can withstand extreme chemical and temperature fluctuations. The large 3 inch dimension is designed to easily connect with Jandy's 3HP Stealth pump, while the 2½ inch dimension allows for easy plumbing at the equipment pad to other Jandy universal union connections. Included with these valves are placards that label the valve position and an adjustable stop feature that allows for flow adjustment. Both valves can handle flow rates up to 170 gpm with minimal head loss making them great for spas and water features that require high flow rates. These valves can easily be used in conjunction with the Jandy Valve Actuator for automatic operation.

Why do the Jandy valves list ID and OD for each valve?

Each Jandy valve is designed to connect to two different size pipes. For example on a valve shown with ID 1 1/2" and OD 2", a 1 1/2" pipe can be glued inside the port or a 2" pipe can be glued on the outside of the port.

I have this valve installed at my pump. I have a lot of air coming out of the pool jets and it doesn't stop. If I rotate the valve to vacuum and back to skimmer, it clears the air immediately. Do you have any suggestions?

I would recommend checking the gaskets/o-rings on the valve and pump housing. They may be letting air into the system.
