Our top quality spa cover is made of marine grade vinyl to withstand winter's worst, while remaining soft and pliable. The foam core is wrapped with a tight vapor barrier that keeps the foam core drier, so the cold stays out and your spa stays warmer. Our spa cover boasts superior craftsmanship throughout. Rugged aluminum reinforced hinges insure that repeated folding will not weaken the cover. Durable polyester stitching will hold up much better than cheaper cotton or canvass thread.
The Thermal Guard cover uses 1 lb. foam and a 4" to 2" taper to keep your spa warm and to insure proper rain runoff. Plus, for extra safety, our cover features locking hardware and fasteners that prevent children and pets from unwanted spa access.
How long does it take for me to receive my custom Prestige Spa Cover?

A Prestige Spa cover fabrication takes 3-5 business days and a ship time of 7-10 business days for truck line deliveries. The expected delivery date is 2-3 weeks after an order is placed.

My current spa cover has only a 2 inch skirt. What is the average length of a spa cover skirt?

Our Prestige Spa Covers come standard with a 2.5"-3.5” skirt.. You may specify your skirt length on the spa cover measuring sheet. second page; the most commonly chosen is 3" length.

Do I have to specify that I need tie downs straps for my spa cover?

Yes, you do need to specify you need tie downs and fasteners. On our Prestige Spa Covers four tie downs and fasteners come standard, if you require more there is an upcharge added to the cover's base price of $299.

What does the 4" X 2" tapering mean for the spa cover foam?

The Prestige Cover is made of tapered foam; at its thickest it is 4 and thinnest it is 2 inches. The thickest part of the foam will be on the seam when the cover folds and tapers down to the 2 inches it gets closer to the cover's edge.
