Please explain the difference between the standard dolphin replacement filter bags, disposable filter bags, how often to replace, can you just pull out and wash? Also I noticed you sell replacement scrubber brushes, how do these need to be replaced? Is this machine hard on a vinyl liner?

The standard dolphin replacement filter bags are designed to handle finer debris like sand and silt and these bags typically lasts 3 years. The standard bags can be washed in a washing machine using no detergent. The disposable filter bags are designed to handle larger debris like leaves and twigs and are recommended when opening the pool in the spring or closing the pool in the fall. The disposable bags last 2-3 cleanings and may be purchased through this link http://www.inyopools.com/Products/00100001004983.htm The Dolphin robot pool cleaners are designed to work on vinyl liner, gunite or fiberglass pools and the scrubber brushes typically last 3-5 years. The manufacture recommends cleaning the scrubber brush periodically with a mild dish detergent to prolong the life of the brush.

I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

This pool cleaner was a real life saver. I had tried other cleaners and they were a handful to get set up, never cleaned the pool to my satisfaction and was just very frustrating. The Dolphin Dynamic Pool Cleaner w/Remote & Caddy was easy to use and it does not put a strain on my pool pump. The hardest part is cleaning the cloth bag but even that is preferable to having to use a throw away bag and worry about running out of bags or even finding the kind you need. You just place this cleaner in your pool and let it on its way to cleaning your pool. The Remote comes in handy to get the spots it misses on its runs. I would highly recommend this pool cleaner.

Worked well for 2 years. Maytronics does not honor warranties on online purchases. Cannot find a "factory authorized servicer" to fix it without a ton of BS and up-selling to a new model. I'm going to order the parts and fix it myself. People tell me it could be a few different things because they don't know how to test it. Customer service and repairs are very very poor. Just like most pool companies, the pool cleaner servicers are a bunch of scammers that know nothing.

This is our first robotic pool cleaner, and I think we will love it. Tried it for the first time yesterday. Instructions were easy to follow, and cleaner worked just as expected. Our pool is 20 x 40 and several areas were missed in the cleaning process....so we have more to learn. Pool looks sparkling clean this morning!

Cons: Gets stuck on bottom drain
This product is awesome. Saves time and allows more enjoyment with friends and less stress about cleaning. I place the cleaner in at night and take it out in the morning. Takes 10 minutes to clean out the bag vs. 1.5 hours to clean the old way.

this is my first pool & 1st pool cleaner. surprising how much gung is in there but the cleaning is not as instantly as you may think. But it does climb walls, easy to set up and clean. remote is great for missed spots.it's $200 cheaper at costco. it can't climb steps so the shallow baby pool needs to be cleaned with use of remote, not automatically. but it beats cleaning with vacum.
