Please explain the difference between the standard dolphin replacement filter bags, disposable filter bags, how often to replace, can you just pull out and wash? Also I noticed you sell replacement scrubber brushes, how do these need to be replaced? Is this machine hard on a vinyl liner?

The standard dolphin replacement filter bags are designed to handle finer debris like sand and silt and these bags typically lasts 3 years. The standard bags can be washed in a washing machine using no detergent. The disposable filter bags are designed to handle larger debris like leaves and twigs and are recommended when opening the pool in the spring or closing the pool in the fall. The manufacture recommends cleaning the scrubber brush periodically with a mild dish detergent to prolong the life of the brush.

I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

Does this cleaner require a booster pump? Also, I have a smaller cleaner that works off of electricity and the cable gets tangled. Is there any way to prevent this?

The NE260 is a robotic cleaner that does not require a booster pump. To avoid the cord becoming tangled, the manufacturer recommend changing the position of the handle after a cleaning cycle.

Looking for an economical cord, perhaps without a swivel.
Are there compatible cords? I simply don't have $250 for a cord. This unit has been a Terminator however the cord is now shot.
My pool is 32' long and 6' deep at the deep end so it's not a large pool per-se so I don't need a long cord.

Hi, Michael. There is not an economical cord, a cord without a swivel or a shorter cord available for this unit. The CABLE+SWV (RAW) ASSY 18M DYN - 9995872-ASSY is what is used with this Dolphin Dynamic Pool Cleaner.
