Pros: Great namebrand products
Cons: slow to ship
You might have been out of stock of my item. It took a month and only after I send a question to you did I get confirmation you were trying to get it. You need to keep the customer posted on back ordered or out of stock items. Other than that, after I notified you, you did keep me posted and product was delivered in about a week.
