Hello Martin - This clamp will not work with the Micro Clear DE4800. The clamp for the DE4800 is obsolete and no longer available. We do not have a suggested replacement.

how can I replace this part and prevent it from leaking. doesn't seem to be sealing right any suggestions?

Does this fit Swim Clean Cartridge Filter Serial #1254B, Model #'s on it are C2020,C3020, C4020, and C5020. The long screw is stripped on mine and I can no longer tighten the coils. Please Help!!!

Hi Diane, The Clamp Assembly W/springs (ec-50c) (ecx5000c) will not work with the Swim Clean Cartridge Filter, you will need the Clamp Assembly (DEX2420J).

will this clamp assembly work with the DE7220 filter (pre-2008, old style). it looks the same as the one on the tank now.

Hi Damian, This clamp assembly will not fit the DE7220 filter, you will need p/n DEX2421JKIT.
