Does this fit Swim Clean Cartridge Filter Serial #1254B, Model #'s on it are C2020,C3020, C4020, and C5020. The long screw is stripped on mine and I can no longer tighten the coils. Please Help!!!

Hi Diane, The Clamp Assembly W/springs (ec-50c) (ecx5000c) will not work with the Swim Clean Cartridge Filter, you will need the Clamp Assembly (DEX2420J).

I have a10 year old Hayward cartridge filter Model C4520BH (Blue Haven Pool). Nut and bolt are stripped and need replacement. Any recommendations? Should I also replace the O ring? Help.

Hi Yianni, You will have to replace the Clamp Assembly (DEX2421JKIT) and the Tank O-ring (DEX2400K) if it hasn't been replaced within the last couple years.

Hi Eddie, that model # you gave is for your electric motor which attached to your pump. Could you supply us with the model # of your filter, there should be a label on the side of the filter tank with this information. the only part that is sold separate is the sleeve nut part# ECX360JN - the clamp assembly ECX5000C will have the springs & washers.

Unfortunately, Hayward discontinued the clamp assembly for the Micro-Clear DE filter quite a few years back and with no replacement. I believe there may have been some safety concerns with the clamp on that filter. This means that if your clamp assembly on your Micro Clear has gone bad then you will need to replace the entire filter. The Hayward Pro-Grid DE Filter is the replacement for the Micro Clear. We have also had some customers take there old Micro Clear clamp to a machine shop to see if they could repair the clamp.

I have the Hayward DE3620b filter and the clamp assembly looks just like this with the T bolt. I know you said this would not fit the DE3600 series. All I need is the T bolt? Im being told they discontinued the bolt as I only need that? Can you tell me how long the bolt is in this assembly?

Hi Shanti, thanks for the photos! Here is the Perflex Nut you will require. I personally like this Pentair Optiflo Cartridge Filter System as the cartridge are simple to work with and not too expensive if it needs to be replaced.
