Hi, This Sleeve Nut will work with the DE3600 clamp, there is not not a DE3400 model.

I have a Hayward Micro CLear DE6000 and was looking for the clamp assembly. It appears that this part is now obsolete. Is there a replacement available that will fit this filter ?

Yes that is an obsolete clamp assembly. There is unfortunately no replacement.

I have a Haywood C1200 filter, and the brass nut the the steel rod bolts into at the base of the filter has stripped the threads and blew the top off when I turned the jacuzzi on. Is this the bolt I need to replace it. Thanks

Hi, Jeff. The C1200 unit does not have a nut in the base of the unit. If the threads are stripped you will have to replace the entire base.

Brass sleeve on pool filter stripped I couldn't tighten my filter. I wasn't able to get a sleeve from any supply store.

Located and ordered a sleeve Inyopools.com. After receiving brass sleeve I tighten my filter to get my pool back on circulation.

A stripped brass nut almost spoiled our Memorial Day weekend.

Written on 6/10/2020 by Guest

This was the first year opening my pool on my own and I was so close to completing the feat without any issues. However, I hit a snag with my DE filter — the brass nut that is used to secure the center band was stripped.

In a pinch, I decided to use a semi-truck ratchet strap to get the job done — temporarily. I knew this was only a bandaid and I needed a permanent solution. I searched the interwebs and found what I was looking for and was able to place the order the same day. Once the part arrived, it took me less than 5 minutes to install it. Now I know where to go if I need hard to find parts.
