Is this the correct drain plug for a Pentair Quad DE 60 manufactured in May 2010?

Hi, Frank. This Plug will NOT work, you will need p/n 190030.

I ordered the part you mention but it is smaller than the part that broke off (154712 pictured). The plug that remains in my filter is also pictured and it resembles this part. Is my setup abnormal?

I have ordered part number 190030 but it does not match the cap that broke off my filter drain (p/n 154712) nor the plug that remains installed. They are not similar in size. I can’t seem to find anything that looks similar to what I have installed.

I bought this plug to replace the one in my CC240P but it doesn't seem to want to thread into it. It only goes in a couple of threads and then stops. Is there a different plug i should be using for this system?

Hi, David. If this plug did not work then you will need the Drain Cap Assembly - 51516200 which is used on units manufactured after 11/98.

Does this plug come with the o-ring or must that be purchased separately?

Hello Jerry, The o-ring is included with the Plug (86202000).
