My control board won't shut off -everything else works on the board

Hello Paula, Just to check and see if everything is running properly contact Hayward 800-657-2287 to troubleshoot and run a diagnostic to make sure everything is running properly.

My motor will not shut off unless I throw the circuit breaker. I have an aqua logic PS-4 with a remote. When I press the on/off for the filter(pump) it changes on the display but motor keeps running. Is is possible the relay on the board is sticking and needs to be replaced?

Hi, Paul. Yes, that's an indicator that the replay needs to be replaced. This is the correct replay for the AquaLogic controller.

The only thing take is not having power is the relay for the heater. Do you think we need to replace the relay?

Hi, Anne. If you're getting power to the relay but not power leaving the replay then it will need to be replaced.

I have an aqualogic ps-8. One pump is the mpool, and a second pump is on aux relay for spa. Everything on Aqualogic seems to work, but neither pump is starting up. If I have power to the relay, but pump won't start, is that a relay problem?

Hi, Robert. If you're getting power to the replays but no power to the pumps then the relays are bad.
