I need the basket that is not completely round, it has to have flat sides. My current skimmer model is 05280-0302, which replacement basket do you recommend?

Laura, The Basket With Handle (4402010103) is the only Astal Skimmer basket that is not completely round and has two flat sides.

Does this basket have a weight at the bottom?

Hello, there is not a clear picture that states this unit has a weight at the bottom, but most ones that have pictures of the bottom doesn't have a weight.

Cons: should be listed that it has flat spots on sides
I had a basket that had 2 flat spots on the sides and did not know for sure that this Basket, Skimmer Astral (05280r0400) one would fit when it came it looks and fits just like the old one. Thanks.
