Hi Scott, The EasyTouch 4 Remote - 520691 can be used to replace model number 520690 if the current firmware is 2.090 or higher. If it's not you will have to replace the transceiver which then you will need to purchase model number 520546.

Hi Daniel, There is not a replacement LCD screen for the EasyTouch remotes. You will have to replace the entire remote.
