Can this skimmer be removed and or installed from the water side of the spa?

Hello Ralph, No this skimmer cannot be installed from the front of the spa. Due to the way its suppose to be installed it wouldn't be able to mount properly to the spa vinyl wall or fiberglass wall.

I have a Hayward sp1099 skimmer. What diameter vac hose fits it 1-1/2” or 1-1/4”. Thanks
