I noticed the photo shows a 12 yr warranty, but the list shows 18 years? For the straps on this cover, where would they be located? Is there a typical installation instructions that come with this cover and if so could I get a copy of it to review? How far is the steps offset from the shallow end of the pool? If I order today, how long would it take to receive the cover? Thanks

This cover has a 18 year warranty, here's a link to the breakdown of the warranty. The cover will come with installation instructions and there is not an offset for the step from the shallow end of the pool. The lead time on that cover would be about two weeks.
