Is high pH an automatic by-product of a salt water pool? I have trouble keeping the pH below 7.8. with my salt water pool. How do I lower it, or do I need to lower it?
Hi, Richard. Yes, a high pH level is normal when using a salt water chlorine generator. You will need to lower the pH level using pH decreaser like this product, Dry Acid or Muriatic Acid.
Do you add this product with the pump running?
Hi Sarah, The Pool pH Decreaser must be added with the pump running.
