REPLACEMENT WHITE LIGHT LED POOL & SPA LIGHTS
The PureLine replacement White LED is the white light only version of our popular color changing LED bulb. The PureLine bulb uses an Edison screw in base, so they install easily into your existing fixture in just minutes. Plus, LED technology makes them the most energy efficient and longest lasting bulb on the market.
is this bulb compatible with the Jandy RS controller? I previous purchased an LED replacement bulb from another supplier and the RS can’t control it...
Hi. The Jandy RS Controller will only be able to turn the light circuit on/off.
I have a hayward wet-niche inground pool light SP0583L 500W 129v is the LED pool light 120v 35W - PL5849 the correct replacement along with the SPX0580Z2 lens gasket?
Also, what is your return policy? Thanks
My electrician asked me why a regular sealed PAR 30 LED lamp would not work as the base is the same.
Hi, Allen. The base will work, however, the fixture size will determine if the bulb will fit.
Converted to ColorSplash bulbs and am unhappy. Too dim and white color is very blue.
Thinking of converting again to white LED.
Does this light produce a true white similar to an incandescent bulb? Is the 35W LED comparable to a 500W incandescent?
Hi, Tim. This bulb does have a pure white illumination. This bulb is equivalent to a 300-400 watt incandescent bulb.
I see that the PL5849 is 2600 lumens. Is there anything brighter? The one I had is 6000k
Hi Dale, 2,600 lumens is the brightest we have. I was not aware that there was an LED pool bulb as bright as 2,600 lumens, is it possible the 6,000K is the Kelvin rating? The Kelvin rating on this bulb is 6000k
How many lumens does this white only LED bulb put out? Trying to upgrade a pool to meet the SCDHEC standard of 8.33 lumens per square foot for a ~ 3100 square foot pool with 4 existing 500 R40 lights
Hi Kent the Lumen rating for this bulb on white is 2,600 lumens.
Looking to replace light blub . Old American Products 250 Watts/ 120 Volts/ Bulb Type T-3 (Aqua-Lumin) need a replacement. Something using less energy.
Will this work in all inground pool light fixtures?
Hi Patty, This bulb works in the majority of inground pool light fixtures but not all. If you could email us the details on your light fixture we can confirm if this bulb will work.
(5 out of 5 stars) We Prefer White or Steady Blue
Reviewed By: ()
I have posted on Facebook and have a number of folks ask me about them. I did have an issue that I posted on tech but didn’t get a response. It seems that on one of the settings one of the lights would turn off for about 10-15 minutes and then would come back on. After that, it seems to stay on until timer shuts all off. The surface color (I assume you mean the liner) is a mixture of blue and tan colors. Our pool is approximately 40,000 gallons, 40 feet on long end by about 24 feet on one end. We have 2 lights and we prefer white or steady blue. The red really just looks like a shark attack about five feet from light so that one is not that great. The other lights are pretty cool, but the disco action is a bit much. My wife doesn’t care too much for the green (mainly because it reminds her of when we first got this place and had to really reclaim the pool). So far our rating is 5.
Response From INYOpools.com: Thank you very much for the input, Allen!
(5 out of 5 stars) The Purecolor LEDs Give My Pool an Incredible Ambiance
Reviewed By: ()
My pool is roughly a 36 x 42 30,000 gallon free form vinyl pool with a blue pebble pattern. It utilizes two of the Pentair Spa Lights with the Version 2 Pureline PureColor bulbs. I replaced two sunlight fixtures that were not functional earlier this year and it was easier than I thought. The Purecolor LEDs give my pool an incredible ambiance. I can showcase the pool with a soft color or have any number of patterns to draw attention to the pool at night with the flip of a switch. Overall I am incredibly impressed with the PureColor Bulbs and the incredible service and contact at Inyopools. On a scale of 1-5, I would easily give these lights 5.
Response From INYOpools.com: Beautiful pool Sean and thank you for the photos!
