Does this include the spider gasket? Thanks

Hi, Janice. The spider gasket is not included with this Valve Cover - PL0764. It is only available with the Valve Upper Assembly - PL0773 or the Valve Diverter - PL0769

HI, Helene. Unfortunately, the decal is not available as a separate part. You will have to replace the Cover.

Is there an instruction manual for this? As to what each mode means?

Hello, Unfortunately, there is no manual for this part. However, here is a great article on how a multiport valve operates. . https://www.inyopools.com/HowToPage/how_a_multiport_valve_operates.aspx

The waste port is leaking while the pump is running on filter mode, Will replacing this part fix the problem?
 Reply

A  Answered on 12/3/2020 by InyoPools Product Specialist Hector F.

Hi Judith, most often this is caused by the spider gasket failing. Could you send us a few photos? One of the complete multiport valve and one looking down onto it? To supply photos simply click the reply link below and upload your photos. Once we get those photos we can make the proper recommendation.
