I have an above ground pool, 16,500 gallons. In my case is it better to go with a kit that covers 15,000 gallons or should I go with the 30,000 gallon kit?

Per manufacturer of our winterizing kit, they suggest going with the 30,000 gallon kit as the 15,000 gallon kit will not have enough chemicals for your application. You will want to follow the dosing instructions which comes with the kit and it will explain how much of each chemical you should apply to your pool based on your gallon size.

We have an AG pool 13,500 gallons. Should we use a kit for 12,000 gallons or one for 15,000 gallons to winterize our pool?

have a 33' round above ground pool. chem. test shows low on everything.total chlorine free chlorine ph total alkalinty. need help with package chemicals to fix!

So your first step would be to have the pool water tested at a local pool retailer to confirm the test results. Some of those chemicals you may be able to get there or you can then provide us with those results so we can see if we have the needed chemicals in stock.

Is this the winterizer kit all I need, as far as chemicals are concerned, to close my pool? I live in New Jersey, is it necessary to purchase an anti-freeze? Thanks

Hi Paul, a pool that is closed properly should not be green when you open it. This winterizing kit is one important step to keep your pool clean when closing it for the winter. Why do your winter kits all say there for sale only in the East Coast states? What about the rest of the united states, I need a kit for Illinois
