Does the Gorilla pad go on top of the pool cove?

The Gorilla pad would be put down first and the pool cove would go on top of the Gorilla pad.

How thick is the liner pad?

The liner pad is 250 grams thick, which is approximately as thick as a vinyl place mat.

Hi Brian,The liner for a 16' round pool is part number LG16R and yes placing it on cement is just fine.
