What Color are the sides and tube?

This solar reel come's with white sides and aluminum tubes. So the sides will be aluminum with a white powder coat, and the tubes will come in a silver aluminum color.

If my pool is max 20" wide, do I need a reel 20" or does it have to be larger?

pool is 20 by 40 I need the tube to be at least 4 inchers wide and want the hurricane brand suggestions

Hi, Only the 24' Hurricane Reel comes with 4" tubes. You can purchase the 24' system and alter it to fit your size pool.

Looking at the video, It does not appear the reel will fit under a diving board. Also,is the NS974 the only option for a 16 Mil Cover?

Hello Joe- This reel is 12" high without the casters which will fit under most diving boards. And yes, this will be the best option for a 16 mil cover.

Hi, Paul. This specific reel system does not have casters or have the means to use casters. You will have to purchase a reel system that has casters or modify it to use casters.

I have a 20'x40' pool, and see I should get the 4" tube in lieu of the 3". Can you provide me with the product link to the 4" or let me know what the increased cost would be?

I have a 20 x 45 in ground pool. I have a couple of questions.
1. is it just the reel rod that is 20' or does the 20' include the legs.
2 do the casters come with it?

Hi Danuta, This reel comes with approximately 25' of tubing that is telescopic so it would be more than sufficent for a pool 20' wide. The caster are not included and you would require these optional casters 99-55-4395018. For a 20' x 45' pool we do suggest a 4" tube to prevent tube sag and this solar reel is only a 3" tube. Our suggestion is this 20' Hurricane Solar Reel with 4" Tube
