how do you install pump? i am trying to do it myself. i bought this exact combo and do not know where to begin. how do you ground it so you don't get shocked? can i just plug it in to my outside receptacle? how do you set up the filter?

I LOOKED AT THE WEBSITE AND THE MANUAL BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW HOSES AND WHICH HOSE GOES WHERE ON THE POOL. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THAT?

This package does not come with the hoses that connect the pool to the pump and from the filter to the pool. You can use any standard 1.5 inch male threaded fittings that tapers/reduces down allowing you to clamp standard above ground hoses to them. One hose that you can reference to on our site is part number 4742-40.

I have a starite crystal-flo pool pump and I can't find the model number. I need a new tubing that goes from filter to pump motor.

If you don't have the model # then you will need to measure the hose, once this is done you can find your hose on the Sta-Rite Cristal Flo Hose Page. You then need to click into each hose on that page and then click on the Dimensions Icon on the product details page and compare the length to your hose.

Hi Judy, The gasket is no available separately, you will have to replace the Valve Diverter w/Gasket (272512).

Do you carry just the JSAL180E-03 tank/base and base for the pump? I replaced the valve and the internal tubing and pump last year.
