The description indicates that the LCD screen is mounted to the back side of the circuit board, but it does not list it as being included in this kit. All I need to replace is the LCD screen. Is that included with this kit (pre-mounted) as part of the circuit board?

I see that there is a new three wire temp sensor included. Can the old two wire sensor still be used? Is the three wire temp sensor sold separately?

No the old 2 wire sensor could not be used and the 3 wire sensor is not sold seperately. The Raypak PCB Board Replacement instructions are really helpful and should help with your installation.

Mark, According to the Raypak Owners/Instructions Manual, "CLK" refers to the "Fireman or Remote switch connected to safety loop is in the OFF mode." You will need to check the switch to make sure it's connected.

Hi Bobby, You could have two separate issues going on with your heater. The display will need to be replaced and the issue with what is causing the heater not to light. I would recommend having a service technician come out to diagnose the problem.

Bill, If the control board functions properly, I would recommend taking a closer look at the control panel that covers it. The plastic may have faded causing it to be difficult to see through.

Hi, Randy. To determine if the PCB or gas valve is the issue, Check for 24 VAC across PV-MV/PV terminals on PC board. If voltage is okay, replace gas control; if not, replace PC board.

Hi, Kevin. If you have installed this PCB using the instructions on page 7 of the Raypak PCB Board Replacement Instructions, you're unable to turn that off. I'm not aware of a way to bypass that error code unless you resolve that issue which is tied to a Fan blower.

I have a 406a gas heater less than a year old. A Milivolt output fault showed up and the gas shuts off. This was after running for 3-4 hours to heat the pool. It was a windy day and I wonder if the pilot was blowing out and causing the unit to shut off. Tried blocking wind with different run time results as I turned the unit off and on all day. Starts up fine and runs for different time periods before the MV shows up.

The 013464F was used on units after 2004 & we are not finding a replacement for earlier models. The mfg's tend to not want to support units that are older than 10 years as that is the general life span of a heater. We suggest you contact Raypak direct to see if they still offer a solution the 3 wire temp sensor is all that remains.
