I need to purchase the piston valve assembly for the pentair 263064. Will this fit? If not, please direct me to the product that will fit. I replaced this valve (the backwash valve) once before using inyo to purchase the part...but it seems harder to find the right product/model fit this time. thanks

Hi, Joe. The Piston Shaft Replacement Kit - 263055 is the correct assembly for the Pentair Valve 263064.

Do you sell a kit with just the washers? My piston rod assembly (27-3241) is fine but the washers are beginning to wear out. If you have just the washers, I would be interested in a purchase. If so what would be the cost and process?

As long as the valve used is the model 261165 then this piston rod would work. At one point that valve model was used on your model filter.

The 360 view appears to show the piston rod with a metal rod. Is it metal or plastic. The handle broke off of mine primarily because it is plastic. Would love if the handle and rod were stainless steel.

Hello William. The Piston Rod Assembly CMP part #4600-3241 is an after-market replacement for Pentair part #273241.

Hello Anderson. The Customer Molded Products Piston Rod Assembly is an after-market replacement for Pentair part 273241. This Piston Assy is a repair part for the Pentair DE and Sand Filter 2" Slide Valve, not the Pentair FNS Plus 48 Filter per se. I have a Purex Triton FNS Plus DE filter. The backwash valve leaks - probably the "O" rings on the plunger. Do you have a replacement plunger setup or "O" rings that would fit. If so, could you email me part numbers so I can order them. Or, do I need a whole new valve. If so, do you carry it and what is the part number.Pipes are 2"

Valve model 263064 is the new style that replaced Pentair Push Pull Valve model 261165. Repair parts are identified on this diagram. Pentair Push Pull Valves 263052, 263053, & 263064 Attached please also find an exploded parts diagram for the Pentair Push Pull Valve 261165. Pentair - Pac Fab 2" PVC Slide 26-1165 Repair parts are identified on this diagram. The appropriate repair parts are dependant upon which of these valves is installed on your Purex Triton FNS DE Filter.
