I need a replacement for a Hayward SP1070-KC skimmer flap/door. Which one should I choose? I can't seem to find this code listed.

Where does the rubber bumper go?

There is no rubber bump. The bumper referred to in the name of the product is referring to the foam bumper on the inside of the door which is the large rectangle shaped portion of the plastic.

Need to replace weir door spx1070khr. Do I have to remove the existing hinge plate at the bottom and screw in the new one or can I just install the door pins into the exiting hinge plate?

Hi, STL. It will be easier and faster to screw the entire of the new one into the skimmer.

Hello, we have an older 1996? sta-rite system 3 filter system , also says sta-rite on cover for skimmer.
We are missing the door, is this the correct replacement? The spring loaded one looks like the tabs are in wrong location.
I do not see any screws for mounting plate.

Hi Terry, This door does not fit a Sta-Rite Skimmer. The most popular Sta-Rite Skimmer is the U3 Skimmer and that skimmer uses this Sta-Rite Universal Weir Door

HOW FAR APART ARE THE TABS FOR THE DOOR. WE HAVE A STA-RITE SYSTEM THAT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED AND ARE TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING COMPATIBLE
