The best way to may for sure you are getting the right piece is to give Maytronics a call. Their number is 888-365-7446. They will ask you for the serial number of your cleaner to match it up exactly.

The unit was exposed to water and has stopped working. It was operating fine but I placed it unsecured on the caddy and it tipped and was exposed to some overnight rain which got into the case. Very sloppy on my part to let this happen. Is it possible to repair?

I have the power supply 99956009 for an older model dolphin and it quit working and i found the fuse was blown so i replaced it and it blew as soon as i plugged it back in. I tried a couple different ways to replace the fuse but it just kept blowing the fuses. Is my power supply repairable or is it dead?

If you are continuing to blow fuses, I would recommend replacing the Dolphin Power Supply (9995670-us-assy). I do not know that this is a repairable part, and if so, who would. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer at 1-888-365-7446 for that additional information.

We have a Dolphin Saturn. It has run fine, until the other day it would not move. We have checked all the troubleshooting on the in pool unit. Power is on at the power supply. Is there a way to check and see if power is coming out of supply to the in pool unit? Is the outbound power 12 volts DC not 110 AC? Can I take a light tester and check where the power cord attaches to the outbound power to in pool unit?

Before ordering a new power supply, I would test the breaker and make sure it does not have to much of a load on it causing it to trip or if the breaker needs replaced.
