Hi Craig. I searched for data regarding your question and came up with two articles that shed some light on cost savings. The first is from our own blog and is straight forward with the cost saving potential. The second is not associated with us but here's a link to it if you're into more facts and figures.

Is there anything that can be used to patch a pin-hole leak in the solar panel?

Good Afternoon Verne Larson, Unfortunately, We do not currently have any how to guides in this area. I found in a quick search there are a few videos online (youtube.com) that might assist you in this question. If you have any other questions feel free too ask.

My pool area is 288 sq ft. So I only need 4 4x10 panels. Is that correct? What would be the benefits of having more than 4 panels? If I put in 6 or 7 panels, would my pool be kept at a warmer temperature?

Hi, Norman. A pool with a 288 sq. ft requires 5 panels, the kit is p/n AQI2P4X105

Hi, Angel. You will need (1) 2" System Kit - AQI121352, and 2" Panel Installation Kit - AQI120342. If you're installing multiple panels see our 4' x 10' Solar Panels Packages which will include all the components for installation.

Are your panels compatible with Helicol Panels.............I only need to replace one 4x 10 panel with 2" coupler

Hi, Stuart. The Helicol Panels are designed differently so I don't think that the connection will work.
