I need a part for my Dolphin pool cleaner but I don't see it on the parts breakdown. Is there still a chance you may still have it?

The manufacturer which is Maytronics, does not offer all parts for sale. If you don't see a part on the breakdown you can give us a call. For parts that they do not consider "DIY (do it yourself), you will need to contact them and send in the cleaner for repair.

How does the fuse holder open? I can see it on the back of the power supply pack but not sure how it opens. Center of button pushes in and out.

If it is an older analog power supply , Maytronics technical ( 888-365-7446 ) said there should be a small black "plug" on the back of the unit. They said a coin should be enough to pry it open. If it is a digital power supply, those are factory sealed and can not be worked on.

If my power box is newer and their is no black plug on the back, where else would it be and how do I get to it ? Thanks

Hi, John. Some power supply requires a fuse. I'm not sure if the 9995678 has one, you will have to open it to confirm.

Hello, Kevin- It would depend on the age of the unit, for older units fuse is located on the back of the older power supplies. There is a circular fuse holder (black) on the back. But if you have a newer unit there is no way to replace the fuse on the power supply.
