Hello- The 3295-494 POWER SUPPLY DIAG + TIMER USA 2010 (9995672-US-ASSY) is not waterproof. They need to be protected from the elements at all times.

Hi Jeff, This particular Power Supply does have a replacement 2.5 amp Fuse-1930251 that can be replaced. You can try replacing it to see if that resolves the problem you're experiencing.

Owning my own Swimming Pool company in MI one of my customers power supply stopped working a little over two years. A repair tech for Maytonics said that it would have to be replaced. I now need to spend another $200 + of my own cash to keep a good customer happy on something as simple as this when the first one gave out so quickly. Is there any way to repair this unit or given a replacement? If not I will never buy, sell or recommend any Matronics cleaners to anyone ever again.

Tim, Unfortunately there is no way to repair the power supply. Have you contacted Maytronics to see if the unit is still under warranty?

Sharon, With the unit unplugged from the power outlet, open the unit and replace the 2.5A Fuse - 1930251. We do not have specific instructions or a How To guide yet.

My dolphin power supply Part 9995678 fell into my pool. I removed the plug, connector to robot, and removed the water and dried. Unit is still tripping the GFI when I plug it in. Where is the fuse? Do I need to replace the whole supply unit ?

Frank, The newer style power supply does not have a fuse. If it is tripping the breaker, you will need to replace the power supply.

I read these do not come with a cord,...to use a screwdriver to remove my cord from my old unit and use it.

I have replaced everything on my dolphin Dx4 motor, wheels and tracks. The power recommended digital power supply from you was next, the old still work but weak. Plug in new one nothing, bought another one with no timer, nothing plug back in old supply works. Is it possible it’s the blue cord?
Yes that is a possibility, we would recommend taking it to a local robotic pool repair center.

I cannot use the serial number from the cleaner to verify which power supply you will use, however, the M400 offers the Diag Basic Power Supply - 9995678-US-ASSY http://www.inyopools.com/Products/14701352075089.htm for handheld remote cleaners. The 9995679-US-ASSY is for Blue Tooth Enabled cleaners, unfortunately, we do not offer the 9995679-US-ASSY.

Hi John, If your M400 uses a hand held remote then you will require the 9995678-US-ASSY Power Supply not the Power Supply on this page. It looks like some of the newer M400 cleaners use Blue Tooth control and require a different power supply which we do not carry.
