I have a Purex Triton FNS 36 filter on my pool. Will this Manifold fit my filter. My manifold has a small crack on it so I will need a new one next time I clean my filter.

Hi I have an aquatech D.E. filter that was installed in 1998 for the past two years it has been leaking D.E. back into the pool . Last year I replaced the grids and by researching i feel like the manifold is next to replace . It doesnt appear aquatech is in business anymore and pentair sells some replacement parts for these. the pic you have looks similar to mine. How can i find out if this would be the right part?

Hi Laura, In order to locate the correct manifold you need we will need to know the model of the AquaTech Filter and or the part number of the manifold.

Hi Veronica, This manifold is not compatible with Nautilus Plus Stainless D.E. NSP36 filter, the Manifold, Grid W/screen (192193) is the correct one that will fit that unit.

Hi, Kenny. The Air Bleeds from the small rectangle box on the outlet pipe connector of the manifold.

Will this generic manifold fit my American Titan Vertical Grid Model 584090 ?
Also the old manifold has a top relief, so do I need to order that part as well?

We had a technician install this manifold on our Purex Triton Nautilus FNS 48 Filter. Now the lid doesn't close properly, and we are getting DE back into the pool. In addition, the DE is not adhering to the grids.
Is it possible that this is the wrong manifold?
Hi, Jeff. This is NOT the correct manifold for the Triton Nautilus FNS Series Filter. The correct one is P/N 192173.

Hi there. Thanks for the prompt answer. So the technician came back yesterday while I wasn't home. It appears he installed mainfold 192193. I am wondering - is the only difference between 192193 and 192173 the extension, part no. 192165? The two manifolds look very similar, and if it is only the extension that is added then I will just get that, rather than having the technician come and swap it out again. Thanks!

I am using this as a replacement on my Pentiar FNS 48. I do not see how the air bleed which is round on the old one (see picture) would fit onto this replacement which is a square slot.
This generic manifold does not actually have an air bleed location on it and is not required.

So just to be clear... I do not need the internal air bleed assembly with this replacement? I would just install this replacement and it would bleed the air in similar fashion as the old one without the internal bleed assembly?

Yes, that is correct. Also as a tip, you can always place your multiport valve(assuming you have one) into the waste position to discharge the air from the filter then place back into the filter position once completed. Always turn off the pump when moving the valve position.

I have a 29 year old PacFab DE filter system FNS 48 that has several cracks allowing DE to enter into the pool.
I ordered what I thought was a replacement from another company, but it does not fit. Does your generic upper manifold with air bleed replace manifold P/N 192173 ?
