Or maybe you've been struggling to roll it up on a solar reel. With the Solar Saddle, you can quickly fold up your blanket and store it right on the side of the pool, within easy reach for the next use.
Easy to use, simple to install, and affordable!
The Solar Saddle features a set of five flexible mounting brackets that attach to the top rail of your pool, giving you the freedom to install the saddle exactly where you want it. Easy to position out of sight on the back side of the pool. Once installed, you simply fold up your solar cover and rest it in the brackets. This folding method keeps your pool much cleaner than solar reels which allow collected debris from the top of the blanket to dump right into the pool. The Solar Saddle turns removing and replacing a solar cover into a one-person job whether you are in or out of the pool. Includes five mounting brackets and all hardware.

Installation requires two holes per bracket to be drilled in the top rail of the pool. Each bracket extends out from the side of your pool 18" and down the edge of the pool 19".

Are there different instructions for a larger pool? If not, how much farther apart should the saddles be?

Unfortunately the manufacturer doesn't have any other instructions for a larger pool. Per the manufacturer: Note: If your pool is 28 foot or larger you just fold the solar cover back on top of the outside saddles, or you may want to purchase single saddle kits that are readily available.If the brackets are spaced farther apart than the recommended distance, the weight distribution will become uneven and may cause premature failure.

This product was very easy to install for our 30 foot above ground pool. It worked great all summer to keep our solar cover clean and off the grass. The solar saddle made taking the solar cover off and on so much easier than any other product we have tried!

Pros: easy to install, easy to use, does the job
Cons: durability?, modified where to install
I purchased these for my 24' round pool. It is great to hold a rolled up cover -- It keeps the cover clean and out of the way. It takes minimal practice in rolling the cover to easily place it in these hooks. I followed the directions for installing but ended up moving two of the hooks closer to the others. Before I was only using 3-4 of the hooks, and now I am using all 5 hooks to hold the cover. I am hoping these hooks last. This is my first summer with them, but I am very pleased with the purchase!

I'm really glad we bought these for our 27' round pool. I did have to buy longer stainless screws at the local hardware store because out rail is 2 layers. I think I'm going to buy another set of 5 and fill in the spaces between to reduce some of the sag of the cover. It does make uncovering and covering a lot quicker and easier.

My neighbors had these and there solar cover fit in it perfect and kept it off the ground so I ordered them as well I don't have mine on yet until i have the deck on.

The Solar Saddle is the best thing to come along in pool supplies. Couldn't find anything like this in Canada. But INYOpools came thru.

Cons: Spacing in instructions isn't accurate
The product itself is good, but the spacing instructions don't work for a 24' pool. The cover is too short for the end supports and sometimes it sags in the middle. The concept is good, just not the instructions. Tighten the spacing up and they'll be fine. I'm going to buy an extra kit so I can double the amount of hooks. Then it should work like a champ.
