I purchased a new PCB (GLX-PCB-MAIN) to replace part number G1-066008M-1. The board that was delivered is part number G1-066008N-1. Is this board the same as GLX-PCB-MAIN? Thanks
George, The part number on the board can change. As long as you have the Aqua Logic system and ordered the GLXPCBMAIN, the board will work.
Will this board replace Hayward Goldline Aqua Plus G1-011049F-1 main control board?
Hi, John. This is the correct replacement PCB for the Hayward Goldline Aqua Plus Controller.
My aqualogic system will not take a program. Goes back to start and stop same time ?
Ken, It is likely that you have a bad board.
I have a Hayward Goldline PS-4 Aqualogic Saltwater Chlorinator, My System tells me low volts and the check system light is on.i have replaced the rectifier and still no chlorine. The cell is 3 years old. The goldline is about 12 years old. Trying to decide if I should replace the whole system or see if we can repair this one. Do you think if I replace the main this should solve the problem or should I cut my losses and get your Crystal Pure system for a few $ more? Any idea on its warranty?
Sandy, Before replacing the board, I would recommend having the cell tested. If the cell checks out, replacing the board should get you back up and running. The Aqua Logic is an automation system that has the salt system built into it. If you opt to purchase the PureLine salt system, you will not be able to control it from the AquaLogic system. The PureLine salt system has a 2 year warranty.
Will this board replace 011004G-4, Aqua Logic PS-4? This circuit board is 10 years old and needs to be replaced. It's fried!!
Hi, Tammy. This AquaLogic Main PCB - GLXPCBMAIN is the correct replacement.
I have not purchased from your company before and am unfamiliar with your policies. If I purchase an Aqua Logic GLXPCBMAIN board and it turns out that the board isn't the source of the problem, can the product be returned for a refund? What are the terms of purchase?
Hi, Jon. Unfortunately, once this part is installed it can not be returned unless the manufacturer deems the part defective. You can review our entire Return Policy.
Will this board replace a G1-066008J-1? The pool was built in 2008 and I'm concerned that a newer board revision won't work with my old devices.
Hi, Jack. Based on the info I found, GLX-PCB-MAIN is the correct replacement for p/n G1-066008J-1. However, we can't always use that number as a definite confirmation. Please let us know the model of the controller that you have whether if it's the AquaLogic or ProLogic controller.
Will this board replace board number 011004N-1? The system is a Aqualogic P-4. About 12 years old.
Yes, that is the correct replacement main board for your AquaLogic P-4.
I have the same problem with my salt reading after replacing the chlorinator. The number on my board is 011004G-1. Would this be the replacement board I need? You referred to a main board in a previous question what exactly is that? In looking at the pictures of what I have and with this board looks like it does not look the same is that normal?
It will depend on if you have the AquaLogic automation system or if you just have the AquaRite salt system. Let me know and I can tell you which main board you need.
This question was asked and the answer from Scott was to call Hayward but the best answer is at the link below http://www.inyopools.com/SearchResults.aspx?KeyWords=GLX-STDOFF original question = ? Asked on 4/6/2017 by Victor deButts I just replaced my GLX-PCB-MAIN board on my Aqualogic system. One of the plastic stands/tabs that holds the display in place is missing. Do you know where I can find one of these?
My apologizes Riley, I was not aware they sold those separately from the main board. I am glad you were able to find what you needed though.
my board/system reads 3400 ppm salt but pool store and home test strips place indicate salt ~2700 ppm. can this system be effectively re-calibrated or do I need new board or system? thanks!
You can try resetting the board but if that does not bring the reading within 200ppm then you will most likely need a new pcb main board.
I have an Aqua Logic system with a T-15 salt cell. The salt reading are showing 0000. I replaced the salt cell and have seen no change. Is this the control board that I would need to change to get the chlorinator to start working again.
Yes, sounds like the main board and the GLXPCBMAIN would be what you need to replace.
I have a Goldline Controls PN:G1-066009G-1 that has a tag: G1-011007D-1 (GLC 160111). Everytime I try to power on it reads "COMMUNICATION ERROR". The PCB has a tag of G1-011049F-1. What is causing this to happen?? Can it be fixed?? What are the options?? Thanks!
Hi, Chris. To better assist you we will need to know the model (AquaLogic, ProLogic etc.) of your controller and what device you have that is displaying "COMMUNICATION ERROR." Please reply with the following info.
Set time function of Goldline Control San Juan Logic always changing?
It sounds like the main board but I would give Hayward a call to confirm that.
I just replaced my GLX-PCB-MAIN board on my Aqualogic system. One of the plastic stands/tabs that holds the display in place is missing. Do you know where I can find one of these?
I recommend giving Hayward a call, they might just ship you one for free. I cannot think of anyone that sells just that piece, usually sell the complete main board.

Control board appears to be out according to goldline trouble shooters, the pool is approx. 8 years old and has the Aqua Logic - automation and chlorination system, the above PCB board looks like the correct one, where would I find the model number on the system I have, looked on the door of control box - nothing want to make sure I get the right one to replace with. thanks
Hello, there are normally serial numbers or model numbers on the cell itself. A basic serial number can be run through Hayward 800-657-2287 to make sure you know what type you have.
Had a new board installed April 2015. One year later, I have a problem. The system starts up in Pool mode, then auto switches to Spa mode without changing the pool/spa valve. Shuts down when it should. Then at 12 mid-night the pool starts all by itself and runs for 15 min. Also, can not get the pool/spa valve to change.
Although we can help with general technical support for this control panel, I would recommend contacting Hayward directly at 1-800-657-2287 to assist in resolving this specific issue.
I have aql-ps-4 automation system will it control the sp3202vsp pump

I have a Goldline salt generator, circuit board no. 66012B. Are there still replacement parts available. If so what part no and price?
Hi John, We will need to know which Goldline/Hayward generator you have in order to locate the correct PCB. I was unable to cross reference no. 66012B to any Goldline/Hayward part.
May I add a wired or wireless remote remote with this board? If so, which one?
Hi D, We will need to know the model of the AquaLogic system you have, whether it's a PS4, PS8 or PS16.
I have a AQL PS-4. I just had motor replaced and when I turn on I keep blowing the 3 AMP fuse. Is this due to a bad board?
Hi John, It could be the PCB or the Transformer.
Going to buy your main board for my Aqualogic PS-4. Does the ver. 2.6 board have any add'l options or benefits over the older ver 2.22 - or is it just a better/updated build? (Read something about later ver. providing compatabiilty/integration of non-Hayward components (e.g., Pentair Variable Speed Pump).
Hello, From the research I have conducted, the new version PCB board allows for compatibility with other T-Cell versions and communication with the EcoStar VS Pumps. It is a better version, but if you require additional information on the version updates, you may want to contact Hayward Pool Products directly.

Have just replaced T-cell 15 worked good for about a month, check system is back on, chlorinator off high salt amps. Hayward is recommending replacing the GLX PCB MAIN board. your price seems reasonable. My question is this a genuine Hayward part and is it under their warranty?
Hi Peter, The PCB Circuit Board AquaLogic Version 2.6 (GLXPCBMAIN) is a genuine Hayward part with a 1 year warranty.
I have fixed (soldiered) the k1 on the board 3 times? Do you think the problem keeps coming back because of bad soldering or is it time to replace the board? Could it be a faulty wire?
Hi John, It's hard to say but if you have tried fixing the board 3 times already then I would recommend replacing the board.
My Goldline Pro Logic main control board has a PN 066008G-1 REV G. Is the GLXPCBMAIN version 2.6 a direct replacement. Thank you.
Hi, The PCB Circuit Board AquaLogic Version 2.6 will be the correct replacement for your Pro Logic Control panel.
my display is reading chlorinator off/high amps. could the board be the problem. I try to super chlorinate and it will try to switch on but goes off after about 10 secs.
Usually this reading means that the salt level is too high in the pool. If the cell is reading the level incorrectly then that could be either the board needs to be recalibrated, the cell is going bad or the flow sensor/switch is. Also cleaning the cell and switch may help.
I need to replace my board for my Aqua Logic salt system and I'm curious if I can do it myself is it fairly easy to do? Is there any soldering required to replace the board?
Hello Neil, yes this is a simple install following wires you take out and you can replace it with out soldering anything.
I have replaced this board 3 times over the last 8 years..I came home today and there is a humming noise, but no power..any ideas?
Doug, You may want to check the breaker box, if the breaker box is not the issue you can follow the troubleshooting the unit following the step on page 10-11 in the ProLogic Diagnostic Manual.
How hard is it to install circuit board
This is a pretty easy process especially if you follow our guide with Video on How to Replace an AquaRite PC Board. The board on this page is for the Aqualogic and not the Aquarite but the Aquarite video would be very similar to the replacement of this Aqualogic board.
Is this board compatible with Turbo Cell T-Cell-15 as well as AQL-P-4 which I bought in 2007. Thank you Mo
Mo, The GLXPCBMAIN is compatible with the AQL-P-4 controller using a T-Cell-15.

Bryan, The GLXPCBMAIN is the main circuit board for the Goldline/Hayward AquaLogic. If you have a different system, this board will not work. We will need the model number of the system in order to confirm.
I just purchased a GLXPCBMAIN for my Hayward Aqualogic system but noticed that it doesn't give me the option for the salt generator. Did I buy the wrong board?
The GLXPCBMAIN is the correct board for the Hayward Aqualogic (salt). The salt chlorine generator option is disabled by default. You will need to go into the configuration menu to enable it.
1 to 2 hrs
Nut Drivers, Needle-nose pliers
1. Opened panel door.
2. Documented every part of every section of every level of the entire controller program for later use.
3. Turned off all power breakers.
4. Unplugged salt cell.
5. Removed panel faceplate.
6. Confirmed "no power" with voltmeter.
7. Removed display unit from nylon mounting posts, and disconnected it from the Main Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
8. Took multiple pictures of existing wiring to the main PCB.
9. Disconnected all wiring plugs from the main PCB.
10. Backed out two hex-head screws from lower section of Main PCB approx 1/2".
11. Raised Main PCB up and out of keyhole mounting slots, to remove the board.
12. Removed existing rectifier wires.
13. Installed replacement Main PCB.
14. Re-connected all wiring plugs to Main PCB and newly supplied rectifier wires to rectifiers.
15. Plugged salt cell connector in.
16. Closed power main circuit breaker to power-up the control unit.
17. Re-programmed the replacement Main PCB using documentation taken noted in step 1. (Note: Best to program the "CONFIGURATION" section first, so that all functions (devices) will appear when programming the other sections).
18. After being satisfied with operation, turned power circuit breaker off.
19. Re-installed panel faceplate.
20. Re-inserted the salt-cell plug into it's socket.
21. Turned all circuit breakers back on.
22. Again programmed correct day & current time.
23. System now successfully back in operation. WooHoo!
24. NOTE - My final comment:
It feels truly unfair that this board, costing many hundreds of dollars, had to be replaced because of the failure of a (maybe) $2.00 timer on the board or in an IC chip. All other board functions were still working.
(5 out of 5 stars) Easy replacement
