Please explain the difference between 25 square feet, 50 and 75 square feet I just need an inexpensive replacement filter for an outdoor pond with no fish.

The difference between the three would be the area of fabric used for the cartridge. The higher the square footage the larger the filter.

I have a Hayward star clear filter and I want to replace cartridge # 0-7626 is that still available?

Pros: easy to order, arrived as scheduled
Cons: clogs quickly
This replacement cartridge fits my filter and filters water as it is supposed to. I just wish that they did not become dirty and clogged so quickly. But I suspect this is just the disadvantage of a filter cartridge system
