Jandy sets the benchmark for valves. For over 30 years Jandy valves have become synonymous with innovation, durability and quality. We pioneered and patented NeverLube technology. NeverLube Valves are designed not to leak, break, melt, lose pressure or slip – even under the most demanding conditions. And they are guaranteed for life. All Jandy valves pass 18 different quality control checks before leaving the factory.
NeverLube Valves are designed and engineered to be totally maintenance free. They are easy to install and easy to use. We use the best materials and best design for the ultimate combination of structural integrity and hydraulic flow.

My Jandy JDY564054 works great but the nut that holds the lever on snapped off with the shaft in it. Can I replace just these 2 parts?
Yes, those parts are listed on keys 2, and 3 on the parts diagram here.
What is the on and off position
Which ever line the off word molded into the plastic is facing is the line that is tuned off.
I have this valve installed at my pump. I have a lot of air coming out of the pool jets and it doesn't stop. If I rotate the valve to vacuum and back to skimmer, it clears the air immediately. Do you have any suggestions?
I would recommend checking the gaskets/o-rings on the valve and pump housing. They may be letting air into the system.
Why do the Jandy valves list ID and OD for each valve?
Each Jandy valve is designed to connect to two different size pipes. For example on a valve shown with ID 1 1/2" and OD 2", a 1 1/2" pipe can be glued inside the port or a 2" pipe can be glued on the outside of the port.
